How do I complete the 3,000 minutes of survey application at the CNC?You must carry out field work at the CNC during the month of the course.

How do I know how many surveys I should do to have 3,000 minutes of survey application in the CNC?The time it took to collect the surveys at the CNC will be counted until completing 3,000 minutes, in other words, you must have worked continuously for one month at the CNC while taking the course.

What is the duration of the course and when does it start?The course lasts 10 sessions, each session is independent. When the 10 sessions are over, it will start again, this takes a month. That is, if you start on Tuesday, September 5, you would finish on October 5; During this time you must also be applying surveys at the CNC.

How do I receive my certificate?At the end of the month a degree ceremony will be held at UNICAFAM. If you are outside of Bogotá and cannot reach your degree, we will send you your certificate. The cost of degree fees will be paid by the CNC.

Are there tasks and jobs to complete after the training?Field work at the CNC is designed to be a course practice. In each session you must complete the questions that are asked at the end based on the distinctions worked on during the course.

Is the course paid?No, it is a training benefit provided by the CNC. Field work is paid.

I have not been able to participate, can I enter the same link in the next session?Yes, the course is continuous and each session is self-contained. Self-contained means that it does not depend on other sessions, it is independent of the others.

If I am a supervisor or have another function at the CNC, can I access the certificate?Yes, you must have worked at the CNC for a month and participated (in that same month) in the course. Additionally, you must have the Basic Interviewer Course (CNC) approved.
